Don’t use profanity. This includes the term “tea bagger.”

Don’t be incendiary or tasteless. Those qualities are subjective, of course, and our editors will be the arbiters.

Do not identify yourself in the main content area of the article content form. Only by enforcing this rule can the moderators prevent unscrupulous commenters from falsely identifying themselves as someone they are not.

Don't type in all caps. It is considered the Internet equivalent of shouting.

In sports articles, do not criticize officiating.

Remember, moderators are not allowed to edit any article comments. If an article comment fails any of the above criteria, the entire comment will be deleted.

Heywood - Duchaine

MOOERS - Shelby T. Heywood and Heath C. Duchaine were married Oct. 11, 2011, at Mooers Wesleyan Church, Mooers, by John Gillette.

The bride is the daughter of Timothy and Angelessia Heywood of Mooers Forks. The bridegroom is the son of Bruce Duchaine of Alburg, Vt. and Sharon Duchaine of Mooers.

Matron of honor was Ambur Normandin, sister of the bride, of Mooers Forks. Best man was Bruce Duchaine, the father of the groom of Alburg, Vt. The bride was given in marriage by her father, Timothy Heywood.

The reception is set for August 11, 2012 at VFW Post 1418, Champlain.

Shelby graduated 2008 from Northeastern Clinton Central School, Champlain. Heath is employed at Price Chopper, Champlain. Shelby and Heath reside in Mooers Forks.
