Don’t assail or impugn an identifiable individual or group. If you have that kind of criticism, sign your name and submit it as a Letter to the Editor. (There is some leeway on this in connection with public officials, but it is not unconditional.)

Don’t use profanity. This includes the term “tea bagger.”

Don’t be incendiary or tasteless. Those qualities are subjective, of course, and our editors will be the arbiters.

Do not identify yourself in the main content area of the article content form. Only by enforcing this rule can the moderators prevent unscrupulous commenters from falsely identifying themselves as someone they are not.

Don't type in all caps. It is considered the Internet equivalent of shouting.

In sports articles, do not criticize officiating.

Remember, moderators are not allowed to edit any article comments. If an article comment fails any of the above criteria, the entire comment will be deleted.

Hayes - Kelley

MORRISONVILLE — Jennifer Hayes and Brandon Kelley were married on Sept. 22, 2012, at St. Alexander's Church, Morrisonville, by Father Scott Seymour.

The bride is the daughter of Terry and Linda Hayes of Plattsburgh. The bridegroom is the son of Jeffrey and Tina Kelley of Clintonville, N.Y.

Michelle Mangini of Niskayuna, N.Y., was the maid of honor. Travis Kelley of Clintonville was the bridegroom's best man.

Bridesmaids were Jamie Gallagher, Tiffani Light, Emily Wray, Jessi Richardson, Keryn Rafferty and Elaine Dixon.

Flower girl was Delany Kennedy and ring bearer was Jack Rovers.

Ushers were Bill Thwaits, Kyle Nolan, Leo Conell, Evan Murphy, Geoff Allen and Joe Deslauries.

Readers were Libby Hyatt and Bridgette Bilow.

The bride was escorted by her father, Terry Hayes.

A reception was held at Caf^ Mooney Bay in Plattsburgh. Music was provided by Ben Revis, Karen and Brady Renyolds.

Jennifer graduated from Beekmantown Central School in 2001. She is employed as an office manager for Taylor Rental in Plattsburgh.

Brandon graduated from AuSable Valley in 2002. He is employed as a sous-chef at Mickey's Restaurant in Plattsburgh.

After a honeymoon to Greenville, Maine, the couple will reside in Plattsburgh.
