PERU — Howard P. and Deborah Bell of Peru announce the engagement of their daughter, Hilary L. Bell of 65 Riley Ave., Plattsburgh, to Chad M. Cross of Peru, son of Roger and Rebecca Garrow of Peru and Gregory Cross of West Palm Beach, Fla.
Hilary L. Bell graduated from Peru Central School in 1999 and Plattsburgh State in 2005. She is employed as a registered nurse at CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh.
Chad M. Cross graduated from AuSable Valley Central School in 1994. He is employed as an operating room technician at CVPH Medical Center.
A May 8, 2010, wedding is planned.
