Krupka: 50 Years


PLATTSBURGH — Joe and Toni Krupka, of 5 River Bend Drive, Plattsburgh, celebrated 50 years of marriage Oct. 3, 2009. They took a trip to Branson, Mo., given them by their children: Joe and Lorie Krupka of Plattsburgh; Robert Krupka of Everett, Wash.; Barbara DeLuca and her daughters, Kristine and Nicole, of Madison, Ala.; Jim and Beth Krupka and their son, Justin, of Sturtevant, Wis.; and Elaine and Robin Hill and their daughters, Megan and Savannah, of Rochester.

Joe and Toni were honored in July at a three-day celebration and family reunion in Dodge, Neb., Joe's hometown. The event was planned by their children together with family members in Dodge and was attended by nearly 150 people.

Joe and Toni were married in Toni's hometown of Wausaukee, Wis. Joe spent 24 years in the U.S. Air Force and 14 years in the U.S. Postal Service here in Plattsburgh. He retired in 1992. Toni has been self-employed as a machine-embroiderer most of their married life.
