PLATTSBURGH — Scott O'Connell of Beekmantown and Robin Randall of Route 9, Plattsburgh, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelli, of Route 9, Chazy, to Chauncy Marshall Baker, also of Chazy. He is the son of Susan and Leon Baker of Apopka, Fla.
Kelli O'Connell graduated from Beekmantown Central School in 2008.
Chauncy Baker graduated from Winter Park High School in 2006.
A Dec. 19 wedding has been planned.
