Perrotte — Sears

ALTONA — Tammy Perrotte and Dale Sears were married Aug. 29, 2009, at the Rainbow Wedding and Banquet Hall, Altona, by Judge Richard H. Reome. The ceremony was followed by a reception in the Gold Room.

The bride is the daughter of the Honorable and Mrs. Richard Reome Sr. of 195 Irish Settlement Road, Plattsburgh. The bridegroom is the son of Helen Sears of Evergreen Valley Nursing Home, Plattsburgh, and the late Frederick Sears.

Erika Lynn Converse of Morrisonville, daughter of the bride, was matron of honor. Best man was Terry Sears of Morrisonville, the bridegroom's brother.

Bridesmaids were Nancy Reome Price of Morrisonville, sister of the bride; Sarah Perrotte of Peru, daughter-in-law of the bride; Vicki Marking of West Chazy, the bride's sister; and Kathleen Carlton of Queensbury, daughter of the bridegroom. Flower girls were Ada Carlton of Queensbury, the bridegroom's granddaughter; and Mackenzie Converse and Madison Converse, both of Morrisonville, granddaughters of the bride.

Ushers were Don Maggy of Morrisonville; Bill Louis of Cadyville; Kevin Gero of Altona; and Jerry Marking of West Chazy, brother-in-law of the bride. Conner Perrotte of Peru, the bride's grandson, was ring bearer.

The bride was escorted by her son, Darin Michael Perrotte.

Alexis Marking, niece of the bride, read a poem. Lighting of the Unity Candle was by Shirley Reome, mother of the bride; and Melissa Greule, the bridegroom's daughter.

Tammy Perrotte Sears graduated from Peru Central School. She has been an associate broker with Re/Max North Country for more than 20 years.

Dale Sears graduated from Beekmantown Central School and North Country Community College. He is a retired sergeant from Altona Correctional Facility.

After a wedding trip to the New England states, the couple reside at 38 Joyce Ave., Morrisonville.
