PERU — Thomas and Debbie Everett of 742 Brand Hollow Road, Peru, announce the engagement of their daughter, Katherine, of 4831 36th St., NW, Washington, D.C., to Richard Capuco Brundage, also of Washington, D.C. He is the son of John and Elvira Brundage of 12206 Mt. Pleasant Ave., Laurel, Md.
Katherine Everett graduated from Peru Central School in 1999 and completed graduate school at the University at Buffalo in 2005 with a doctorate in physical therapy. She is a physical therapist for National Rehab at Washington Hospital Center, specializing in brain injury.
Richard Brundage graduated from Laurel High School in 1998 and received his bachelor's degree in economics and his global master's degree in business administration from the University at Maryland. He is a grants management specialist for the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
A March 20, 2010, wedding is being planned.
