BALLSTON SPA — The Revs. Rodger and Sally White of Juniper Drive, Ballston Spa, announce the engagement of their daughter, Christa, of 20 Chenango Road, Plattsburgh, to Justin VanCour, also of Chenango Road. He is the son of Gary and Billie VanCour of Brooks Bend Road, Plattsburgh.
Christa White graduated from Saranac Central School in 1997 and Plattsburgh State in 2002 with a B.A. degree in psychology. She is working on her Master of Science in teaching at Plattsburgh State.
Justin VanCour graduated from Beekmantown Central School in 1998 and SUNY Oswego in 2002 with a B.A. in broadcasting and mass communication. He is a commercial producer employed by WPTZ-TV in Colchester, Vt.
An April 24, 2010, wedding is being planned.
