Don’t assail or impugn an identifiable individual or group. If you have that kind of criticism, sign your name and submit it as a Letter to the Editor. (There is some leeway on this in connection with public officials, but it is not unconditional.)

Don’t use profanity. This includes the term “tea bagger.”

Don’t be incendiary or tasteless. Those qualities are subjective, of course, and our editors will be the arbiters.

Do not identify yourself in the main content area of the article content form. Only by enforcing this rule can the moderators prevent unscrupulous commenters from falsely identifying themselves as someone they are not.

Don't type in all caps. It is considered the Internet equivalent of shouting.

In sports articles, do not criticize officiating.

Remember, moderators are not allowed to edit any article comments. If an article comment fails any of the above criteria, the entire comment will be deleted.

Neilly - Jacques

PLAYA Del CARMEN, Mexico — Hannah Neilly and Kyle Jacques were married on April 22, 2012, at Playa Del Carmen, Mexico.

The bride is the daughter of David Neilly of Hobbs, N.M. and Susan Neilly, of Willsboro. The bridegroom is the son of Timothy Jacques and Candace Lacey, both of Willsboro.

Allison Neilly of Willsboro, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor. Matthew Jacques of Willsboro, brother of the groom, was the best man. Emma Jacques, the couple’s daughter, was the flower girl.

The bride was escorted by her parents, David and Susan Neilly.

Hannah graduated from Willsboro Central School in 2007 and from University of Phoenix, in 2009 with an associate degree in human services management. She is employed at the Essex County Department of Personnel and Civil Service in Elizabethtown.

Kyle graduated from Willsboro Central School in 2006. He is employed at Lewis Family Farms in Essex.

The couple got married and honeymooned while on a week vacation in Mexico. The bride and groom now reside in Willsboro.
