PLATTSBURGH — Duane C. Record and Sharon R. Record of 16 Holcombe Ct., Plattsburgh, announce the engagement of their daughter, Leslie, of 1363 Congress St., Apt. 3, Portland, Maine, to Jason A. Knight, also of Portland. He is the son of Larry and Rebecca Knight of 53 Melrose Ave., Jamestown, R.I.
Leslie Record graduated from Beekmantown Central School in 1994 with a Regent's Diploma. She received a B.A. degree from Colby College, Waterville, Maine, in 1998 and a M.A.T. degree from Simmons College, Boston, in 1999. She is a first-grade teacher at Pleasant Hill Primary School in Scarborough, Maine.
Jason Knight graduated from Rogers High School, Newport, R.I., in 1995 and from University of Maine Farmington, Farmington, Maine, in 1999 with a B.A. degree in business economics. He is an ETF specialist at Foreside Financial in Portland.
