PLATTSBURGH — David and Lori Favro of Plattsburgh announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda, to Thomas Rogers of West Chazy, son of Scott and Deidre Rogers of Massena.
Amanda Favro graduated from Plattsburgh High School in 2006 and Plattsburgh State in 2009 with a B.A. degree in psychology. She is pursuing her master's degree in education.
Thomas Rogers graduated from Massena High School in 2004 and Plattsburgh State in 2008 with a B.A. degree in criminal justice. He is pursuing a career in law enforcement.
A Dec. 18 wedding is planned.
