SARANAC — Frank and Kathy Ames of Saranac and Patricia Meade of Rome, N.Y., announce the engagement of their daughter, April Ames, of Corpus Christi, Texas, to Gregory Bundrick, also of Corpus Christi. He is the son of Frank and Paula Bundrick of Ocala, Fla.
April Ames graduated from Saranac Central School in 2002 and from Clinton Community College in 2007 with an associate's degree in nursing. She is a registered nurse at Christus Spohn Hospital in Corpus Christi.
Gregory Bundrick graduated from Belleview High School in 1998. He is a federal agent for the Department of Homeland Security in Corpus Christi.
A Sept. 18 wedding is planned.
