PLATTSBURGH — Kenneth and Doris Delisle celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary March 3, 2012, with their family at the Ground Round Restaurant in Plattsburgh.
Kenneth Delisle and Doris Oshier were married in Saranac by Justice of the Peace John Bassett. Matron of honor was Florence Collins, and the best man was Ernest Collins.
Kenneth served for four years in the Air Force and worked at the prison in Dannemora where he retired after 25 years of service. He also drove a bus for 15 years for the Saranac School District and retired from Plattsburgh Quarries after 13 years. Doris was a homemaker.
They have five children, Debbie, Mike, Tom, Bonnie and Scott. They have eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
