Don’t use profanity. This includes the term “tea bagger.”

Don’t be incendiary or tasteless. Those qualities are subjective, of course, and our editors will be the arbiters.

Do not identify yourself in the main content area of the article content form. Only by enforcing this rule can the moderators prevent unscrupulous commenters from falsely identifying themselves as someone they are not.

Don't type in all caps. It is considered the Internet equivalent of shouting.

In sports articles, do not criticize officiating.

Remember, moderators are not allowed to edit any article comments. If an article comment fails any of the above criteria, the entire comment will be deleted.

Lacombe -- Gadziala

PLATTSBURGH - Marcie Lacombe and Peter Gadziala Jr. were married Oct. 8., 2011, at St. Peter's Church, Plattsburgh by Rev. John Yonkovig.

The bride is the daughter of Suzanne and Christopher Lacombe of Peru and Salt Lake City, Utah. The bridegroom is the son of Margaret and Peter Gadziala Sr.

Colleen Lacombe Senecal of Buffalo, sister of the bride, was the maid of honor and the best man was Andrew Gadziala of Laurel, Md., brother of the bridesgroom.

The bridesmaids were Katie Honsberger of Buffalo; Alexandra Palmieri of Rochester; Rachael Hubbard of New Kent, Va.; Betsy Gadziala, sister of the bridesgroom, of Whitesboro, and the bride's cousins, Jocelyn Lacombe of Kissimmee, Fla. and Megan Jensen of Buffalo.

The bride's cousin, Ava Trappanese of Burlington, N.J., was flower girl and the ring bearer was the bridesgroom's cousin, Owen Shea.

Ushers were Joseph Hertline of Rochester; Patrick Shea of Charlotte, N.C.; Kyle Synder of Newburgh; Justin Gillette of Santa Barbara, Calif.; Tyler Reed of Raleigh, N.C.; and brother-in-law, Adam Senecal of Buffalo.

Readings were done by the bride's cousins, Abby Roberts and Jennifer Jensen. Patty Keefer, godmother of the bridesgroom, read the Prayer of the Faithful. The vocalist was Tom Racculia.

A reception was held at The Gold Room at the Rainbow Banquet Hall in Altona.

Marcie Lacombe Gadziala is a graduate of Seton Catholic High School and was a service scholar at St. John Fisher College. She is employed by the Wake County Public School system

as a third grade teacher. Marcie will start a master's program this fall at North Carolina State.

Peter Gadziala Jr. is a graduate of Whitesboro High School and Clarkson University. He completed the Operations Management Leadership Program with GE and works as a materials leader in Durham. Peter is also enrolled at the University of North Carolina in the M.B.A

program starting this fall.

After a wedding trip to St. Maarten, the couple are residing in Apex, N.C.
