MALONE — Laura Ann Ellison and Brett Buschbascher were married Jan. 2, 2010, at Malone Golf and Country Club. The ceremony was followed by a reception.
The bride is the daughter of Richard and Fortune Ellison of 16 Winding Brook Road, Peru. The bridegroom is the son of Terry Reilley of Canton and Donald Buschbascher of Skaneateles.
Nadine Ellison Marion, sister of the bridegroom, was matron of honor. Best man was Mark Smith.
Bridesmaids were Kristy Ralys and Katie Baker, cousins of the bride; Whitney Matthews; and Jodi Sperling. Ellie LeRoy was flower girl.
Ushers were Andy Sutherland; Russell Matteson; Brian Baker, cousin of the bride; and Matt Andrews. William LeRoy was ring bearer.
The ceremony guitarist was Tim Seymour.
Laura Buschbascher graduated from Peru Central School in 2002, from Plattsburgh State in 2006 with an education degree, and from SUNY Albany in 2008 with a master's degree. She is an elementary teacher for Malone Central School District.
Brett Buschbascher graduated from Canton High School in 2000 and from Plattsburgh State in 2005 with a math and education degree and in 2010 with a master's degree in special education. He is a special education teacher for Malone Central.
After a wedding trip to Orlando, Fla., the Buschbaschers reside in Malone.
