PLATTSBURGH — Maj. Victor A. Pawlewicz of Plattsburgh and Nedra Peterson of Seattle, Wash., announce the engagement of their daughter, Marisa, of 5159 Green Bridge Road, Dayton, Md., to Robert Goodenough. He is the son of Leonard Goodenough of Rhyl, Wales, and Linda Negus of Wontage, England.
Marisa Pawlewicz graduated from St. John's Academy, Plattsburgh, in 1985 and Wells College, Aurora, in 1990, with a B.A. degree in French. She is a marketing manager at Global Research Services in Rockville, Md.
Robert Goodenough graduated from Oxford Brooks University, Oxford, England, in 1989, physics. He is employed at Oxford University, Oxford, England.
A July 4 wedding is planned in Cornwall, England.
