Judge Kevin Ryan also ordered that McPherson pay a fine and court surcharges.
James Brunell Jr., 21, of Altona will now spend 4½ years in prison after admitting to a charge of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Judge Kevin Ryan also sentenced Brunell to three years of post-release supervision, restitution, surcharges and a fee.
Brunell must also submit a DNA sample.
Michelle LaDuke, 28, of Peru recently pleaded guilty to felony driving while intoxicated and has since been sentenced to five years of probation with participation in Clinton County Drug Court.
Judge Patrick McGill also ordered LaDuke to pay a fine, surcharge and fees.
Joseph Ormsby, 20, of Champlain has been sentenced to 4½ years in prison after pleading guilty to third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Jeffrey Kelly, 43, of Stormville has been sentenced as a second-felony offender after pleading guilty to attempted first-degree promoting prison contraband.
Judge Kevin Ryan later sentenced Kelly to another 1½ to 3 years behind bars for his latest crime.
Kelly must also pay a court surcharge.
Elizabeth Chaffee, 26, of Plattsburgh has been sentenced to four years in prison after she pleaded guilty to two counts of both third-degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance.
In addition to the determinate prison sentence, Judge Kevin Ryan also sentenced her to two years of post-release supervision, restitution and a surcharge.
Michael Pruett, 32, of Altona spent 45 days in jail after pleading guilty to fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
Judge Patrick McGill also sentenced Pruett to five years of intensive-supervision probation, restitution and 200 hours of community service.
Pruett must also pay fees and a surcharge.
He was ordered to submit a DNA sample.
