Town of Beekmantown has Web site
BEEKMANTOWN — The Beekmantown Town Council and the Town of Beekmantown Technology Committee have launched the town's Web site: www.townofbeekmantown.com.

The site provides citizens with information pertaining to town government (Town Council and meetings, Town Calendar, Planning, Zoning, etc.), its offices (Town Clerk, Tax Collector, Accounting), departments (Highway, Assessors) and Youth Commission.

Also listed on the site are the town historian and historical information, town businesses, community organizations and Beekmantown tourism opportunities, including dining and lodging.

NCCS School Board calls special meeting
CHAMPLAIN — Northeastern Clinton Central School Board will hold a budget workshop and special meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday in the Middle/Senior High library.

Items on the agenda include 2010-11 state-aid proposal, health insurance, salaries and athletics.

The meeting is open to the public.

Malone School Board meeting coming up
MALONE — Malone Central School Board will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at Franklin Academy Library.

The meeting is expected to start with a half-hour executive session.

When the public session resumes about 7:30 p.m., the board will hold a budget-development workshop and consider personnel changes and appointments.

The meeting is open to all.

Moriah School Board to discuss project
MORIAH — The Moriah Central School Board will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23, at the High School library.

An informational meeting regarding the proposed capital project will be held starting around 7 p.m.

The meeting is open to all.
