AuSable Town Court office sets holiday hours

AuSABLE — The AuSable Town Court office will be closed Dec. 24, 25, 31 and Jan. 1. 

There is no court scheduled for Dec. 26 or Jan. 2. 

STOP-DWI patrol makes 6 arrests

PLATTSBURGH — Three face driving-while-intoxicated charges following a recent multi-agency high-visibility STOP-DWI Patrol in Clinton County.

Conducted by the Clinton County STOP-DWI Program, the patrol stopped 73 vehicles, finding 16 designated drivers behind the wheel.

Along with issuing 34 uniformed traffic tickets for a variety of violations, the patrol made one driving-while-ability-impaired (drugs) arrest and two for unlawful possession of marijuana.

STOP-DWI was assisted by the Clinton County District Attorney’s Office, Clinton County Sheriff’s Office, State Police, State Park Police, Plattsburgh City Police Department and Plattsburgh University Police Department.
