Malone School Board meets tonight
MALONE — The Malone Central School Board will meet at 7 tonight in the Franklin Academy Library.
It is expected that the board will conduct an executive session for one half hour.
Among the items on the agenda are the establishment of Franklin Academy Anime Club, legislative liaison update, state-aid update and the student achievement action plan.
The meeting is open to all.
Peru Town Council holding special meeting
PERU — The Peru Town Council will hold a special meeting at 7 tonight at the Town Hall.
The purpose of this meeting, which is open to all, will be to discuss health care and other business.
Beekmantown School Board meeting set
BEEKMANTOWN — The Beekmantown Central School Board will meet at 6:15 tonight in the all-purpose room at Cumberland Head Elementary School.
Agenda items include presentations from the Harmonica Club, 2008-09 Audit Report, appointments, novels and attendance zones policy.
The board anticipates going into executive session to discuss the Beekmantown Support Staff contract negotiations. A complete agenda is available on the district Web site at www.bcsdk12.org.

Peru School Board meets tonight
PERU — Peru Central School Board will meet at 6 tonight in the community room of the High School.
The meeting will start with an executive session associated with the performance history of particular employees and contract negotiations.
The board is slated to reconvene for public session at about 7 p.m. Agenda items include: district goals for the 2010-11 school year, key factors related to statewide budget development and the construction phase of the upcoming EXCEL capital project.
The meeting is open to the public.
