NY, VT seek feedback on bridge plans

TICONDEROGA (AP) — State transportation agencies in New York and Vermont are looking for public comments on options for a new bridge over Lake Champlain.

The states will hold three meetings to present plans and options to the public on Saturday, Dec. 12, at LaChute Hall, 132 Montcalm St., Ticonderoga.

The identical meetings, at 9:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., will include a formal presentation followed by a question-and-answer session. Attendees will be asked for opinions on design and features for the new bridge.
