Flu clinic at NCCC on Friday

SARANAC LAKE — A public flu clinic for both H1N1 and seasonal flu will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday at North Country Community College gym.

H1N1 vaccine will be available for people age 6 months and older.

People age 2 and older will be able to receive a seasonal flu vaccine.

Entry to the flu clinic will be from the main entrance to the college off Winona Avenue, and the exit will be from Payville Road.

There could be long waits, so people are urged to come prepared to be outside and to bring snacks and toys.

Additional seasonal flu clinics are scheduled for:

Tupper Lake Adult Center, 9 to 11 a.m. Dec. 10.

St. Regis Falls Adult Center, 9 to 11 a.m. Dec. 11.

Malone Adult Center, 1 to 3 p.m. Dec. 14.

Malone Court House, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Dec. 17.

H1N1 vaccinations may be received at these clinics depending on availability.
