National Make-a-Difference Day. Global 350 campaign march. Noon, marchers gather at Riverside Park, Saranac Lake, march from there to Mount Pisgah, then up Main Street, Broadway, Old Lake Colby Road, to Trudeau Road, to Mount Pisgah. Participants will gather for the photo to document the action at 3:50 p.m. Participants are asked to wear garments of red, orange and yellow and may join at any point along the way. The march is in response to the global day of climate action.
Spooktacular Celebration at the Station. 2 to 4 p.m., at The Station Cafe, 23 Old Station Drive, Chazy. Free face-painting and craft activities for children. Those in a costume will receive an additional spooky treat.
