PLATTSBURGH — The boil-water order for the neighborhood along Margaret Street and Boyton Avenue has been lifted in the City of Plattsburgh.
The order was issued Monday to about 40 residences after a water main broke on Margaret Street.
The main was repaired the same day.
City Water Plant Manager Willard Todd said tests on the water from Tuesday and Wednesday both came up clean, and the order was lifted Thursday morning.
No charges had been filed as of Wednesday.
