Tupper Lake Village Board meets today

TUPPER LAKE — The Board of Trustees will meet 5:30 p.m. today in the village board room for a regular meeting. A public hearing will be held on a local law adjusting parking on McLaughlin Avenue. A number of other items are on the agenda for discussion. The meeting is open to the public.

Clinton County Legislature to meet Wednesday

PLATTSBURGH — The Clinton County Legislature will hold its regular meeting 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Legislative Chambers, 137 Margaret St. Legislators are expected to adopt the Clinton Community College budget, among other business. The meeting is open to the public.

City Redistricting Committee plans hearing Sept. 25

PLATTSBURGH — The City of Plattsburgh Redistricting Committee has set a public hearing for 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25, in the Common Council Chambers, 41 City Hall Place.

The committee will share information with the public and seek input as it studies redistricting for the city’s wards.

Federal and state law and the City Charter dictate that the city must be redistricted after every

new census. The last redistricting took place in 2002.

Rouses Point Planning Board meeting canceled

ROUSES POINT — The Rouses Point Planning Board meeting scheduled for Monday, Aug. 27, has been canceled.

The next regular meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m. Sept. 24 at the Rouses Point Civic Center Halstead Hall, 39 Lake St.
