SUNY Plattsburgh Child Care Center. Sibley Hall, Rugar Street. One opening in pre-Kindergarten classroom. Eligible children must be 4 years old by Dec. 1. Program operates Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., offering children developmentally appropriate experiences in a nurturing environment. Weekly tuition is $155 and includes breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack. Children of faculty, staff, students and the community at large are all eligible.
