Lake Country Village told to boil water
PLATTSBURGH — The Clinton County Department of Public Health has issued a boil-water order for Lake Country Village in the City of Plattsburgh.
This includes Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Baltimore, Louisiana, Kentucky, Caitlin Way and Alana Way.
The directive is effective until the Health Department has satisfactory evidence of delivery of a safe water supply.
People with questions should call Clinton County Health Department at 565-4870.
Outage planned in Rouses Point today
ROUSES POINT — From 8 a.m. until about noon today, a power outage is scheduled in the Village of Rouses Point.
The outage will affect all of Church Street from Chapman Street to all electrical customers on Route 276; all of Pratt Street from Church Street to Lake Street; all of Manor Drive, including the Senior Housing; all of Chapman Street from Maple Street to 18 Prospect St.; all of Delaware Street from Clinton Street to Pratt Street; and upper State Street from Delaware Street to Church Street.
The purpose of this outage is to tie in the underground electric on Delaware Street.
Plattsburgh Town Court canceled Dec. 22
PLATTSBURGH — The Plattsburgh Town Court session scheduled for Monday, Dec. 22, has been canceled.
If you have been ordered to appear on this date, you are due Monday, Dec. 29, instead, at the same time.
