The people arrested on warrants Wednesday in connection with drugs and the charges they face are:
Travis St. Louis, 30, of Plattsburgh: two counts each of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Chance Laforge, 22, of West Chazy: fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of marijuana.
William Mackey, 22, of Rensselaer: two counts each of fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Deborah L. Ouellette, 49, of Plattsburgh: three counts each of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Patricia A. Mckinney, 43, of Plattsburgh: three counts each of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance; one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance in or near a school zone.
Corey I. Manion, 24, of Plattsburgh: two counts each of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Ashley L. Decell, 21, of Plattsburgh: third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal sale of a controlled substance in or near a school zone.
Joshua I. Brunell, 22, of Plattsburgh: two counts each of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance; one count of criminal sale of a controlled substance in or near a school zone.
Arnold H. Latulip, 46, of Keeseville: third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal sale of a controlled substance in or near a school zone.
John R. Nastasia, 39 of Plattsburgh: two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and four counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Hanna K. Dyer, 27, of Plattsburgh: arrested in mid May for third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Thierno Diallo, 21, of Plattsburgh: third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
